• I agree to abide by the conditions of allotment of site and refund of site deposit as prescribed by the GREATER BANGALORE GENERAL ITBT & RETIRED EMPLOYEES HOUSING CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY LIMITED.

• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Bangalore.

• The society reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.

• The society also reserves the right to discontinue the offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.

• That if amount payable to the member at the end of the term of the site/term/fixed deposit subject to deduction of any tax/cancellation charges as may be applicable.

• Only individuals or residents are eligible for applying for the site.

• My application for allotment of site in society is subject to approval of membership/associate membership by the society and clearance of loan by BMRDA/BIAAPA (STR) and other competent authority subject to availability of site/installment of site.

• I hereby declare that all the above information furnished by me are true and correct to the best of my knowledge.

• I shall furnish any other information that may be required in regard to allotment of site. If such other information required is not furnished by me within time, it will be the discretion of the society.

• In case if we find that the information and declaration furnished by me to be false at any time, the society shall have the right to cancel the allotment made to me.

• Membership to Society shall not confirm entitlement for allotment of site. Seniority for allotment of site shall be based on the payment of initial deposit as well as subsequent installment.

• If a site/term/fixed deposit holder dies and there is no nomination in force at the time of his/her death, the society shall inherit deceased legal heirs.
