1. I agree to abide by the conditions of allotment and sale of the site as prescribed by the GREATER BENGALURU GENERAL ITBT & RETIRED EMPLOYEES HBC

2. I hereby declare that all the above information furnished by me is true to the best of my knowledge.

3. If required information is not furnished within time, the society has the right to reject my application.

4. If any information is found false, the society has the right to cancel the allotment.

5. Application is subject to approval and availability of site.

6. Withdrawal or transfer is possible only after completion of the project period.

7. Early withdrawal will be liable for penalty.

8. I fully agree upon the above conditions and it is binding on me.
